Each mode of working requires different leadership competencies. WHY DOES THIS MATTER NOW? Now that restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic seem to be relaxing, companies are not automatically falling back into the old ways of working. It might be a bit of an oversimplification, but the old off-site is the new on-site and the old on-site is the new off-site. Now is the time to take the opportunity to take stock of what we have learnt and ensure that we keep the best of the new practices.
