MAKE FRIENDS WITH FEAR True agility requires a mind shift: it’s the understanding that uncertainty can become your ally, rather than something that should be feared or ignored. It’s a question of being prepared and embracing uncertainty and change in order to thrive – which is why business executives today should be schooled in organizational, strategic, and leadership agility and should be equipped with the principles and behaviors behind the concept.

ABILITY FOR AGILITY As a business leader, you may need to change elements within your own leadership style if your organization is to become more agile. It means identifying tools and taking specific actions on a personal level that you might need to adopt, as well as creating a roadmap for increasing the capabilities of your peers. If agility is addressed at every level, it will allow your company to respond to rapidly evolving needs quickly, seamlessly, and sustainably.
