WHAT IS YOUR SOLUTION? It is a conscious decision of the leader to step down from the pedestal and start leading from the back (at least for some of the time). Suspending judgement (and ego), actively inviting everyone into the conversation, and allocating equal time for each team member is not a cognitive challenge; it is a deliberate choice.
