WHAT IS YOUR SOLUTION? Set aside your passion, and clinically try to understand if there is a customer that values what you are building, is in a growing market, and is willing to pay for it. Fall in love with solving the customer’s problem, not in selling your solution, and certainly not in disrupting an industry. If you do the first really, really well, you will do the second, and quite possibly the third.
