Employee engagement survey In 2019, IMD conducted an employee engagement survey to inform improvements and investments, as well as ensuring that each team member understands how they can contribute to the achievement of the institution’s goals. The survey achieved an 87 percent participation rate from the IMD community, underlining the deep commitment and strong motivation that the survey inspired. Thanks to the survey, each manager gained a clear picture of areas requiring improvement and adjustment, as well as existing areas of strength in each department. Following an assessment and discussion of the results, appropriate actions plans

have been implemented which will be executed throughout 2020.
